On <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qso.com.au\/special-events\/qso-alondra-vengerov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">November 17 &amp; 18<\/a>, violinist Barnab\u00e1s Kelemen joins Ms. de la Parra and the QSO as soloist on Brahms&#8217; thrilling Violin Concerto, on performances that also include Dutilleux&#8217; <em>M\u00e9taboles<\/em> and Ravel&#8217;s <em>Daphnis et Chlo\u00e9<\/em> Suites 1 &amp; 2, with The Australian Voices.<\/p>\n<p>Continuing on the theme of featuring great French masterworks, Ms. de la Parra leads a fantastic roster of vocalists in a concert performance of Bizet&#8217;s <em>Carmen<\/em> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qso.com.au\/special-events\/carmen-concert\">November 25<\/a>. Vesselina Kasarova makes her Australian debut in the title role, with Thiago Arancam as her desperate lover Don Jos\u00e9.
